We supply vertical mill accessories. The accessories of vertical mill grinding roller & grinding table are first processed through steel casting in our foundry, it’s suitable for casting since their super large & non-standard dimension, then going into heat treating (annealing, normalizing or quenching), the working procedure successfully insure the part obtaining high mechanical performance, finally the steel casting part is done finish machining for obtaining mounting dimensions to ball mill.
Chemical composition and microelement are well controlled when in molten steel smelting. Since advanced technology and resin bonded sand are applied in our foundry, inner quality and visual surface quality are excellent.

Almost of all inner foundry quality are inspected by Ultrasonic test and Magnetic particle inspection. As requested, the quality class can reach Level II & III, and also ability to reach I, if special requirement. The testing standards are based on ASTM, ISO, DIN EN, BS, CA and AS.

Here the accessories are used in vertical roller mill. These vertical mills could widely be for ore grinding at mining, etc.

The accessories are consumable supplies of vertical mills, they need to replace periodically. Once one of them goes bad, vertical mill has to be examined and repaired. We have ability to recover the accessories through following the original drawing or promotion performance. The owner of grinding mill should consider as far as possible purchasing a long lifetime part, since every part once replacing, long time during reconditioning and huge profit losing.
