Great Wall Steel Casting Company has powerful casting strength

Great Wall Steel Casting Company is a steel foundry which provides carbon, low alloy, low temperature heat resistant and stainless steel castings to a variety of industries, which include, but are not limited to, petroleum processing, valves, oil field, mining, transportation, heavy equipment, and railroad.
In 10 years ago,Great Wall Steel Casting Company started the manufacture of steel castings on a new casting molding system. This new system was designed to allow for increased casting production capacity, more flexible scheduling, and to reduce the load on the casting facilities in Great Wall Steel Casting Company.To support the casting system, additional core making machines and the associated support equipment, gas generator and fume scrubber, have also been added.
Currently, the maximum casting size which can be produced at Southwest Steel is 4,500 lbs. in the Great Wall Steel Casting Company facility. With the additions of both Thermal and Attrition sand reclamation systems in Great Wall Steel Casting Company,Southwest Steel is now able to, not only, reduce the waste leaving the facility, but also improve the quality of the castings that are produced.
Other recent improvements to the Great Wall Steel Casting Company facilities, such as the addition of a third shot blast and a building expansion of the furnace department,allow for continuous manufacturing operations.
