11th November, Xinxiang Great Wall Steel Casting makes a new milestone in the product casting. A 132 tons of anvil block are finished casting in the blazing casting workshop. This is a successful trial on the four poring ladle that work together on 132 tons castings, succeeded the biggest grinding table castings with 120 tons in 2008. It also symbolized we constantly bring forth new ideas on our casting technology.
The 132t anvil block is casted by 4 pouring casting ladle load with 160.5t liquid steel. The actual volume of the ladle is 165 tons, which is made by a famous forging company in Henan province. Our technical team made efforts on the chemical composition of liquid steel and offer a more complicated and strict inner quality standard solution, including the emergency plan. Stepped with the victory bells in 2015, we are trying to make more breakthroughs in the upcoming year
